Grand Cayman offers a wide variety of activities for all ages including scuba diving, snorkeling, golf, tennis, horseback riding, deep sea fishing, various types of watercraft, duty-free shopping, and much, much more. Our favorite things to do include:
Stingray City – Get up close and personal with the stingrays. You can scuba dive at Stingray City in 12 feet of water or snorkel on Stingray Sandbar in 3 feet of water. Highly recommended.
Snorkeling Sites – There are reefs directly off Plantana's beach. Or, drive north from Plantana on West Bay Road and park at the cemetery on the left. The reef there is one of the Islands better snorkeling sites.
Turtle Farm – Home to over 16,000 green sea turtles, ranging in size from six ounces to six hundred pounds. It's a working farm that is both educational and entertaining.
Golf - SafeHaven, located just south of Plantana off West Bay Road, offers the Islands only 18 hole golf course.
Watercraft - You can rent jet skis and other watercraft at the Westin Casuarina or the public beach. The Westin is to the south and the public beach is to the north. Both are about a five minute beach walk.
